Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I share my life in general, positive and negative. At the age of 1 year old My family and I came into America. If not due to the dedication of my parents I might not have been here to share the journey with you. Given the chance to live a better life I wanted to try the best I could to please them, and was focused on achieving my goals. I believed my future would unfold a certain way: graduate from university, be offered a corporate position, be married, and then start an family. That was my ideal of what success would look like. However, life was not so keen on my ideas. In 2013, I found that I hated being in my job as a corporate employee. Money and status did inspire me. I felt like I wasted my time to earn money. As I navigated my way towards a new career path, I discovered that I was meant to be personal trainer. I was a fan of exercise, I loved having fun and I enjoy helping others. The year 2014 was the year I began my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th birthday. In this field it is not a lot of Asian women. My goal is to be a positive influencer within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets the individual needs and desires. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to follow their dreams and accomplish whatever they want throughout their lives. While my professional life was taking off, I suffered the most devastating loss in my lifethat of losing my mother. She won her eight year battle with Scleroderma and now rests in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. Life's lessons can be hidden from us however they are extremely valuable. In so many ways, the loss of my mother affected me in many ways. I honestly believe that she gave me another opportunity to live through her demise. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. The opportunity was there to embark on a new journey, and I got another chance to live living a happy and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I am alive and conscious of the fact like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I did in the past. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories as well as my words. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is essential and is normal. Health is the greatest wealth. My hope is that you experience life at its best and have no regrets when it comes to the end of your life. We are the only assurance in this our lives.
